Top 5 Books you should read to CHANGE your LIFE!
1. The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer
Here is a short clip of an interview he did with Oprah: Video
I've read this book several times. I have the book, the audiobook, and I've done all his master classes. This book changed my life by showing me how to silence the voice in my head and finding the path to happiness.
2. The Secret by Rhonda Byrne.
The documentary is on Netflix. There is also a movie based on the principals of The Secret on Amazon Prime Video.

This book was a great intro into the law of attraction. You don't have to believe everything, but I still listen to this book again and again when I need to change my mindset. It helps me remember to stay positive, so I'll attract positive energy. I also truly believe in manifesting. One day I plan on telling my life story, and manifesting played a big role in changing my life for the better.
3. The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod
After reading his book, and selecting a few of the same habits and incorporating them into my morning, I noticed a positive difference in my day. I would be more mindful, happy, and over positive. It also helped me handle whatever the day would bring me. I think the most important lesson was adding daily gratitude. Gratitude seems to be the common link to all of these books, and the one thing that will change your entire outlook on life.
4. Can't Hurt Me by David Goggins
Follow him on Tik Tok, he is a great motivator if you're trying to get in shape! (Again he uses a lot of foul language)
I first heard him on YouTube. His story is inspirational, and he tells you how to change your life in a "hard to hear" kind of way. Sometimes you need to hear "get off your booty and do something!" He also helped me realize that we need to stop focusing on multiple things. Narrow down your goals to ONE, so you can be the best, get it done, and then move on to the next.
Warning: He does use a lot of foul language, and his story contains a lot of "R" rated topics.
5. Girl, Stop Apologizing by Rachel Hollis (or Girl, Wash your Face)
I know she has some bad press right now, but I can't leave her book out because she did change my life for the better. She made me realize I was making excuses in life, and I need to go out and chase my dreams. Also, that it wouldn't be easy, and you have to work hard.
I did sign up for her life coaching, and it was better than therapy.
She also has a podcast, and a documentary on Amazon Prime Video.
